Beach Front Breeze Unit 1010 - Royal Garden Resort 2 Bedroom 2 Bath oceanfront condo with gorgeous views! The ocean front pool deck and spas are just steps down to the beach. The Salty Pickle is located oceanfront with great food and beverages.

Charming Oceanfront Condo 2 Bed, 2 Bath with new queen sleeper/sofa - sleeping 6. On the10th floor, the ocean views and sunrises are amazing from the balcony and living spaces. The beautiful view is not obstructed with window coverings. This condo was recently updated with new appliances including a washer and dryer. The designer furnishings create a relaxing beachy feel. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals. Enjoy three large flat screen Roku televisions, games, boogie boards, chairs and free WI-Fi…everything you need for a great vacation.
The main bedroom has a new king bed and a large private bathroom including a jetted tub/shower. The guest room has two comfy twin beds. The new deluxe queen sleeper/sofa is in the living area. The second bathroom has an enclosed shower. Both baths have shower entry grab bars and wall mounted, pull down grab bars for the toilets.
The ocean front deck, has a kiddie pool and full swimming pool surrounded with lounge chairs and there is a beach access gate. The Salty Pickle Bar and Grill has food and beverages with a convenient pool deck service window with tables and chairs on the deck for dining. Inside is a pool table. BBQ grills are on the far side of the deck. There is an indoor heated pool and hot tub with table seating. NO glass is allowed in the pool areas.
Parking - 2 Car parking permit without guaranteed parking.
It’s a short walk to Garden City Pier, for fishing, dining and entertainment. Nightly 2 bands play on the ends of the Pier. The Marsh Walk and many entertainment venues are close. Myrtle Beach features 2 Tanger outlet malls outlets. Myrtle Beach Airport 10-20 min away.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

All reservations become binding upon COASTAL LIFESTYLE PROPERTIES, LLC receipt of the non-refundable rental fee required at the time the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled for any reason, the non-refundable rental fee shall be forfeited.

Any cancellation must be received by telephone or Certified Mail. Notices sent via fax or email will not be accepted. Credit Card Fees are non-refundable.
From time to time a property you have reserved may become unavailable or un-rentable during the dates you have requested due to circumstances beyond our control. Should that occur, we will notify you immediately and make every effort to find a suitable replacement property for you. If we are unable to find a property that is satisfactory to you, the reservation will be cancelled and all monies paid will be refunded to you.

Bookings cancelled 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund less credit card fee for the service used.
Bookings cancelled at least 31 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund less credit card fee for service used.
Bookings cancelled less than 31 days will not receive a refund.

Deposit Policy

50% deposit required at time of reservation if arrival date is more than 30 days. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

If arrival date is less than 30 days, then 100% payment is required.

A non-refundable damage protection plan deposit is required.

Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
