Bluewater Resort With Fabulous Restaurant and Amenities. This beautiful one bedroom fully furnished unit offers everything for that perfect beach getaway. The ocean view from this balcony is gorgeous and there are two queen size beds that sleep four comfortably. A well equipped kitchen with full sized refrigerator, microwave and stove are in the unit and offer all the dinnerware and utensils necessary for easy meal preparation. The living area has a queen sized sleeper sofa with new gel foam mattress and smart TVs are in both the living area and bedroom. The resort is newly updated and the condo offers free Wi-Fi and free parking during your stay. Bluewater Resort is an oceanfront complex you have access to all the resort's amenities - multiple pools (indoor and outdoor, from 2ft to 8ft deep), hot tubs(indoor and outdoor), sauna, deluxe patio furniture, and onsite restaurant/bar (happy hour 4pm-7pm). An onsite laundry is also available for guests. This is an oceanfront building therefore beach access is only steps away. Under previous ownership great reviews related to overall location and unit upgrades!
Access instructions are provided one week prior to check in. Guests go directly to the unit - no standing in line for check in at any office!

Policies
Cancellation Policy
All reservations become binding upon COASTAL LIFESTYLE PROPERTIES, LLC receipt of the non-refundable rental fee required at the time the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled for any reason, the non-refundable rental fee shall be forfeited.
Any cancellation must be received by telephone or Certified Mail. Notices sent via fax or email will not be accepted. Credit Card Fees are non-refundable.
From time to time a property you have reserved may become unavailable or un-rentable during the dates you have requested due to circumstances beyond our control. Should that occur, we will notify you immediately and make every effort to find a suitable replacement property for you. If we are unable to find a property that is satisfactory to you, the reservation will be cancelled and all monies paid will be refunded to you.
Bookings cancelled 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund less credit card fee for the service used.
Bookings cancelled at least 31 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund less credit card fee for service used.
Bookings cancelled less than 31 days will not receive a refund.
Deposit Policy
50% deposit required at time of reservation if arrival date is more than 30 days. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
If arrival date is less than 30 days, then 100% payment is required.
A non-refundable damage protection plan deposit is required.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
