Policies
Cancellation Policy
All reservations become binding upon COASTAL LIFESTYLE PROPERTIES, LLC receipt of the non-refundable rental fee required at the time the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled for any reason, the non-refundable rental fee shall be forfeited.
Any cancellation must be received by telephone or Certified Mail. Notices sent via fax or email will not be accepted. Credit Card Fees are non-refundable.
From time to time a property you have reserved may become unavailable or un-rentable during the dates you have requested due to circumstances beyond our control. Should that occur, we will notify you immediately and make every effort to find a suitable replacement property for you. If we are unable to find a property that is satisfactory to you, the reservation will be cancelled and all monies paid will be refunded to you.
Bookings cancelled 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund less credit card fee for the service used.
Bookings cancelled at least 31 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund less credit card fee for service used.
Bookings cancelled less than 31 days will not receive a refund.
Deposit Policy
50% deposit required at time of reservation if arrival date is more than 30 days. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
If arrival date is less than 30 days, then 100% payment is required.
A non-refundable damage protection plan deposit is required.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
